Chip Ganassi Racing, a leader in motorsport with an impressive legacy of championship wins, has launched a new driver development program aimed at fostering young talent and guiding them to the pinnacle of racing in North America.

This newly announced program is designed to identify emerging talent within partner teams, including Palou Motorsport, and provide these drivers with unparalleled resources and support as they develop their racing careers. By integrating them into the CGR ecosystem at an early stage, the program ensures a seamless development pipeline, equipping young drivers with the skills and experience needed to compete at the highest level.
