Palou Motorsport is a professional racing team founded by four-time IndyCar Champion Alex Palou and his father, Ramon Palou.

Established in January 2023, the team competes in the Eurocup-3 Championship, a key step on the ladder toward Formula 1. In its debut season, Palou Motorsport achieved three podiums and finished third in the rookie standings. On February 22, 2025, the team secured its first-ever victory, followed by additional wins that confirmed its rapid growth and competitive potential.

Eurocup-3 features identical single-seater cars equipped with an Autotecnica engine, Hankook tires, and a push-to-pass system providing an extra 25 hp for strategic overtaking.

Palou Motorsport’s mission is to develop the next generation of professional drivers, offering a clear pathway to higher racing categories in Europe and North America, inspired by Alex Palou’s own career progression.

This vision was reinforced in December 2025 with the announcement of a strategic partnership with PREMA, one of the most prestigious teams in international single-seater racing.

Based in Barcelona, Palou Motorsport combines advanced technology with personalized driver development in a high-performance environment.
